Conservation  instructions
Save the jars in a cool , dry place away from heat sources ; once opened, keep it refrigerated (0-4 °C) and eat rapidly. The addition of oil can only protect from air oxidation and from mold but it doesn’t represent a guarantee for the preservation of the product.

Spring Cake - Line a mold with puff pastry and pour in the filling obtained by mixing 400 g of cottage cheese , 2 eggs , 150 grams of ham cut into strips , 200g of Great cream of artichokes , salt and pepper. Finally decorate with artichokes previously cut , brush with beaten egg and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes . Serve hot, as an appetizer.
